@@slamkam07 no he has intangibility as well. Go into training room and look at it frame by frame and have the display invincibility on so you can see it for yourself. It even says fighters don’t deal damage when they glow green and glow blue when an attack won’t land

Lucas tech: u can negate all attacks with up smash right, since up smash has invincible frames from 1 - 7. U can cancel up smash in the first 2 frames. So with the right timing u can negate all attacks.
