ive been depressed for a good 5 years now, today i was listening to this and it made me feel alive for the first time in a while, i started to cry but it gave me motivation to run. running clears my mind and this song is perfect to run to.

Over half a year ago I weighed 190 pounds, was depressed and had no self confidence I sucked my stomach in whenever I walked by people and wished things would be different March 20th was the first time I started working out and focusing on my diet and this was the first song I listened to when I started It is now October 9th I weigh 147 pounds, finally have gained some self confidence, and have finally gotten myself into shape and gotten myself in the habit of working out 5 times a week and watching what I eat Listening to this song again feels surreal So much has changed from the first time I heard this song to now Update: Finally benched 225LB for the first time and this is absolutely the happiest I have felt about my progress in a while

Makes me wish i could ever just be more than a spectator to the world. I wish I could live, experience things, meet people, love people, do things, have achievements, memories worth remembering... Unfortunately that will never happen. I will never experience what many people consider an everyday life. Instead, I remain trapped in this small closet-sized box watching other people live their lives through a screen. Nobody knows I exist, and nobody will ever remember me, not even the world itself. I spend days walking a few feet back and forth from my bed to sleep and my desk to work, staying awake for days at a time and looking up at the ceiling at night wondering what i could have done to make things turn out differently, or how i could change the future. No matter how long i think on it while imagining staring at the distant stars which are now shrouded by light and air pollution, everything i can possibly do gets shot down. no opportunity. no resources. no time. no guidance. always _something_ blocking me from what i need to do, dangling it in front of me, just out of reach. I could go on for hours about it. Months and years go by unnoticed. Nothing changes, ever. I was doomed from the start, I just never wanted to see it as it is. Not that I don't want to do anything... I just never had a choice. I committed the sin of existing at the wrong time, in the wrong place, wrong genes and wrong face. Trapped forevermore.

I feel like an absolute loser in life, no matter how much weight I can lift, no matter how lean I can be, I will always be a loser, no matter how hard I try, I fall into lust, no matter where I seek, I still feel like an after though, no matter how far I go, I feel like I barely just started, my friends could give less than a shit about me, my family values my sister more than me, I feel a constant and heavy pressure on me, I haven’t felt love since forever, i couldn’t even say anything nice about myself a year ago, everyone only complimented my intelligence, and I was ugly, broken, and no matter how much I can try to change, I still see the fat kid in the mirror, and I hate it.

I wanted to be a part of this comment section I like the original sound with lyrics but damn instrumental hits different , about a month ago I was ghosted by a girl who I thought we had a connection together but it turns out she just didn’t care and lead me on big time because of her ex she wasn’t over with and the fact that she was just messing around with other guys the whole time and what really sucks is that thinking we had a good connection, good vibe, good times together but I guess all of it was a huge a lie…. It hurts but best believe whoever sees this comment because they are hurt as well by a special girl in their life , best you can do is move on hit the gym and do other things that will definitely keep you busy , because liking a girl really really hard when she doesn’t feel the same way HURTS lol can’t express that enough being buzzed or sober , ….. I will keep an update if i officially wake up and forget about her one day . I know other people have way bigger problems than love but sheesh it’s almost the same but I can’t say because I know for a fact there is way worse situations out there 😢
