You cannot go wrong with starwberries
INGREDIENTS
7 ounces starch syrup
1/4 cup water
Strawberry syrup
Strawberries, stems removed
INSTRUCTIONS
Thread the strawberries on a skewer.
In a sauce pot, add the starch syrup, water and strawberry syrup. Heat until mixture reaches 260 degrees. Pour over the strawberries.
Place on a baking sheet, and let cool for 5 minutes.
