🔶 Ingredients:
15-20 washed & thinly sliced strawberries 🍓.
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tspn of vanilla extract/ lemon juice
🔶 Method:
- combine all the strawberries and sugar in a small pot over medium heat.
Simmer on medium/low heat for 20 min.
Add the vanilla extract at the very end.
Serve warm/cold.
🔶 Note:
- To make the sauce thick mix every few minutes while the strawberries are cooking.
- For a thinner & runny sauce add 1/4 cup of water & simmer for 15 minutes & then pour the mixture into a blender and blend it.
