Today we will cook a mousse cake with strawberries and for this we will not bake anything.
First we will cook the basis of the cake. Minced cookies are mixed with melted butter.
We tight the cake mold with a food film, put acetate film inside.
Pour out the shortcrust pastry base and tamper it with a glass.
Send to the fridge for 30 minutes.
Let's make strawberry mousse. Gelatin is poured with water and left to swell.
We punch strawberries with a blender in puree and mix them with sugar. We put on medium fire and boil until the sugar crystals dissolve.
Then we cool it down. Meanwhile, beat the cold cream to soft peaks.
We introduce cooled berry puree into cream.
Gelatin is dissolved in a microwave and introduced into the mousse with a thin jet, continuing to interfere continuously.
Mousse is ready and now we quickly pour it into mold until gelatin has time to grasp.
Send to the freezer for 20 minutes. Now we will make a creamy mousse. Gelatin is poured with water and left to swell.
Mix curd cheese with powdered sugar.
In separate dishes, beat cold cream to soft peaks.
We combine cheese and cream together.
Gelatin is dissolved in a microwave and introduced into the mousse with a thin jet, continuing to interfere continuously.
The cream mousse is ready. Quickly put it in mold
and distribute evenly until gelatin begins to freeze.
Send to the freezer for 20 minutes to freeze.
We cook the last - a transparent layer. Gelatin is poured with water and left to swell.
Water is mixed with sugar and put on fire and heated until sugar dissolves.
Then we remove from the fire and add lemon juice. Cool down.
Gelatin is dissolved in a microwave and poured into the mixture. Stir.
We cut fresh strawberries into slices and put it over the cream mousse.
Pour out part of the clear mixture so that it only slightly covers the berries.
Send to the freezer to freeze for ten minutes.
Then pour the remaining part and remove the cake in the refrigerator until it is completely frozen.
Take off the ring and film.
Strawberry mousse cake is very tender, airy and delicious.
