I’m in my late 40s and these kiddos fascinate me. I’ve been watching them as my teenager adores them and I wanted to be sure about who she was watching. They are so genuine and impressive. I’ve never seen anything like it really. In all my years.

I'm not sure if people aren't mentioning this because they don't wanna touch the subject or because people have genuinely forgotten, but the context of this whole concert is that this happened about a month after an ex-member of this group left kind of messily, very suddenly. They had to pospone the album that they were promoting along this concert to the point it hadn't actually come out for the Korea concerts (the album, Clé: Levanter, had to be pulled back a month so they could replace the voice of the member that left), and it's a VERY rough situation to be in as a group. Many kpop groups don't survive this kind of thing, so I think Hyunjin being afraid the fans would leave was kind of a valid thing to be afraid of. Late 2019 was NOT a good time for Stray Kids, but looking back they emerged as a better and a closer group from the whole endeavor. As a 2017 stay, it's been very gratifying seeing their friendships get closer, and they're one of the closest kpop groups I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. I've laughed as much as I've cried with them, and I'm genuinely so thankful for them. Thanks for reacting! :)

I'm an older stay, in my 60's and have been watching Stray Kids since right after their debut. Every one of them makes an effort to show all of their sides (at times at big personal risk) and their fandom like myself a fossil stay ( a little jest among older ones like myself) see the beauty in each soul. It's strange but I wish at times that they'd been there when I was a struggling teenager and am thrilled that the present younger generation has the blessing of them being with us. Every step of the way and vise versa. Others have suggested the recent endments at the Maniac Seoul concert (the 2nd concert) will show more why we love them so very much. Especially Chani (aka BangChan) who opens up more then I've ever seen him. Be prepared for waterworks, we all cry when watching them (I watched the concert on Beyond Live and my heart did more then open up, it literally rose up in true love for them). They heal us without even realizing it.

I thought I was ready to watch this but the moment Hyunjin cried while saying "we worked really hard to debut and all we did was worked hard but there were too many obstacles", I cannot held in my tears and I cried as well. I really felt his pain.

When you have seen their trainee era, you really understand how hard it has been for them. I'm crying here listening to Hyunjin. I love how such a good example they are for you males. Showing that it is ok to be vulnerable and to say I love you to your friends.

I cried everytime they show this emotions, especially IN. I don't know why, but IN appear to always smile bcs when he was a child his friend said his resting face are scary so he attend to always smile since then. So everytime he cried it really breaks my heart. I hope to see you analyse IN presence bcs he grows up to hide his true feelings behind his smile and his shy personality. Even me as a stay that following them since years ago still got curious to see what he's feeling behind that smile.

Me too…I always thought changbin resembles RM a lot. Especially in their amazing intellectual speeches. This concert was way back…and Changbin got waaaaaay better. It will amaze you 😊

there is truly nothing more beautiful than the relationship between us STAYs and stray kids. they never made us feel like we are 'just' their fans. they treat us like family and communicate with us as if we are their best friends.

Hyunjin,Felix, and I.N when they cry I always cry whether it’s from sadness or happiness and it always hurt my heart because even if it happy tears they sob like the world is ending and I can’t handle that.

At the time of this concert, from what I understand, they were all really struggling. Woojin leaving the group brought a lot of hate towards Bang Chan as people were saying it was his fault (which it wasn't. Woojin is a grown, independent man who is/was perfectly capable of making his own choices) and people were straight up telling Chan he didn't deserve to live. Hyunjin always receives hate because he's stunning and talented and people don't like that. They say he only got where he is because of his looks, so him sobbing and telling us how hard they worked for what they have likely comes from a place of great pain. Felix and Lee Know almost didn't make it into Stray Kids as well, so there must be such a sense of unbridled joy and accomplishment. Han has anxiety and is an idol, which is fascinating to me. I also have anxiety and I'm not sure I could do all he's done. Changbin was bullied viciously for his looks and people ignored his immense talent, focusing on what they perceived as "ugly", which is untrue. Seungmin and I.N were also minors when they went into the group and I'm sure that comes with its own set of issues. It's truly amazing that they've gotten to where they have and I'm so proud of them. I haven't even been with them for a year, but I know that I'll follow them to the ends of the Earth.

I dont know where it comes from but i think hyunjin always has had this big fear of being left behind by others. It shows in little things he does, like saying he'd rather be someones last love than their first love because being their first love would mean one day they'd move on from him. To big things like openly "begging" his fans not to leave them in this video. It also showed in one of his more recent concert speeches. I think thats also one of the reasons why one of their memebers leaving hit him so hard. I'm glad he has the other seven that continuisely show him that they won't leave his side :)

Wow I actually never saw this fully and seen Hyunjin break into tears while saying "we worked hard...all we did was work hard" really made me cry....you can feel how scared they were at that moment and how hard it was for them. They kinda inspire me when I have obstacles in my life I think how they manages to rise after all hardship. And Chan with 7 years of waiting and then even after debut everything seemed to be against them( I'm so happy that not they going up like crazy and I hope that will continue to go their way

I have never seen a group be so overcome by their emotions as freely in front of fans as these kids have over the years together. Those all consuming emotions of theirs are incredibly special to witness and share. Whether they’re happy or sad or if they can’t be explicit with their words, their nonverbal communication with us has been extremely powerful. Almost like their bodies can’t contain their feelings if they tried. We never take it for granted because it’s so special. They are always so expressive even in tough times which is why stay will always be with them. It’s not an easy thing to share. The empathy they’ve expressed towards us over the years has also been huge both causally and at a deep level. It makes their empathy towards each other carry so much more weight in the eyes of stay. This kind of communication makes me believe there’s no way for them to not have long term fans. Disappointing that anti fans drag their sensitivity into the ground, because it’s ultimately a strength as the artists they are. They don’t have to hide and what’s stronger than that?

Hyunjin here specifically makes me bawl my eyes out. Even members say he is the most sensitive guy. He cries even while watching dramas, movies and reading comics :( However he receives the worst of cyberbllying. People can really be so heartless.

It's truly touching to see kpop idols open up to fans like they did here, I've never seen it happen before. Seeing them talk about their struggles, and them showing us that they are going through stuff really lets Stays connect with them even more. As a Stay I really appreciate that Stray Kids aren't afraid to show their vurnable side to us, even if it takes a lot of courage. I love them

When I was watching the concert I cried so much at the end lmao😭 I've been with them since 2017 and seeing their rose in popularity really hit me hard when in the past they were struggling a lot

If this is the first time they performed as 8, and knowing what happened with the ex- member (no need to name him, really) Hyunjin sobbing and talking about how hard they worked, and knowing how much they had to shift and adjust to 8 - member choreo and lines, would explain why so many Stay have such a negative view of the ex- member. I fully believe he left due to personal conflicts that we will never know, and we don't really have any business knowing the details. But what matters is his exit blew a hole in this group that they had to work insanely hard to patch to make this concert happen. And Hyunjin let everyone know just how much they did, and how much they are willing to do for Stay.

I'm 52. It amazes me how many songs that men in their twenties have written that I can relate to. They are incredible, goofy, smart, funny and the most amazing work ethic. Love em.

I think the reason Hyunjin in particular way very emotional about it is because sadly over the years there have been quite a few times where antis made up stories about him being a bully at school and spreading rumours that he's rude and all that stuff. That's also the reason why he took some time off from promoting with the group back in 2021 when they were doing the show "Kingdom". The haters just got too much, spreading rumours all over and even though all of these stories were proven false, they decided it would be better for Hyunjin to pull himself out of the public eye for a while. That was also the time he struggled a lot with mental health problems. I think many people don't know that he's actually a very sensitive guy and things like that really get to him so seeing the support from his fans through such a message, i can only imagine must've hit him pretty hard.

these emotional speeches hold a special place in stays hearts. there’s a recent set of speeches in seoul that also got deep. there not easy to watch so we understand if you dont react to them. but seungmin hyunjin and chris especially were very heartfelt and felix not only cried through their speeches but also through their encore performances and after the concert as well. actually there are a handful of times where they have been in tears while talking with us but day 3 in seoul was the heaviest it’s gotten in a while. the seoul converts were their first ones in 2.5 years and they didn’t really get popular until well into the pandemic so seeing their growth was overwhelming to them. you’ve seen them get deep a lot though so it would also be nice for you to analyze something less intense. skz-code 25 was very fun

Hyunjin has most beautiful soul and heart ,like if there's a word to describe him perfectly is " love" he has sensitive soul so vulnerable and pretty,, kids always said he is the one who crying the most , but hyunjin now isn't crying anymore like he doesn't want to show it ,, after he had been thro a hard times after 4 months haitus and still he's getting hate for smth that is unfair, he's been thro a lot and I think after that he becomes more strong,, now when others crying he's just smiling,, he even once said that he wants to show only his happy to fans( bc he was worried if we became sad) he's really strong even his soul is so sensitive,, looking at what he's saying lately " if ppl hurt u don't stop what you're doing bc they hurt u that's what they want " ,, he's the member that getting most hate bc he's most famous & powerful member ,, these days it's so harder for fans bc we realized he's getting hate for 2 years and he day by day became less active in sns,, he's not that type to show his pain at all ,, .. we understand how much hard is for him too when he reply to fan in community bubble that he has no more tears ..,, and I think that's sad,, th ass that's painful

Usually the ones who breakdown are the ones who usually bottle their feelings the most.

i’ve only been a stay since july of last year and the way these men have touched me is absolutely wild. they’re unlike any kpop group i’ve ever seen and the fandom is unlike any other fandom i’ve ever seen. the genuine connection between stray kids and stays is absolutely incredible and it goes way beyond just a kpop group and their fans. i’ve never known a kpop group to be so open about their personal struggles and about mental health. they allow us to see that being an idol isn’t all sunshine and rainbows. they’re some of the most genuine people i’ve ever seen. they do things for fans that aren’t apart of being an idol and for that stays are always grateful. stays also try to be there for the members. since majority of our fan base struggles with mental health, we try to be there for them and we always support them no matter what. stays do fan messages like this because it’s impossible for stray kids to always see our messages online so we do this as a thanks for all their hard work and just to let them know that it’s okay to not be okay. and we also do this just to let every member know that they matter to us and how grateful we are to each member and to stray kids as a whole. i love everything you said in this video because it’s all very true. stray kids are extremely special.

One thing that many people seem to always say about Stray Kids is that they are probably the most open and honest group. They rarely hide how they feel from us and try to connect with us as people not as idol and fan. They want to know us and in return let us get to know them. I recommend reacting to the Seoul Concert from last year. Lots more emotion than this clip and it takes you in a deeper level too ❤

every time this clip gets to hyunjin's breakdown I cry (you asking "how we holding up?" after that made me laugh because I was Not ahdahdah). He was so open and vulnerable about how scared he was to lose us, it just makes me want to protect him. It also hurts because he went through even more hardship later with the scandal/hiatus he had. Hes such a kind, loving soul he doesnt deserve to go through all the pain he has. 😢 But i will forever love and appreciate skz for being as open with us as they are; like you said it only makes us more loyal to them and creates a cycle of love and trust.

My eyes was sweating for a second there. I’ve seen Cyangbin get emotional a few times. During the survival show and while talking about Han during one of their intro videos, I think. If you listen to his song Streetlight and read the lyrics you might find out why he is how he is.

Hyunjin said that nothing was saved at that concert and that he showed himself as he is and it was very emotional. He promised to be stronger and he has done so well, it is truly admirable. Leeknow for his part always shows a little more simplicity and even "coldness" because he has said that being one of the oldest he wants to be the support of others and that is why he does not allow himself to cry at times like this, that is why he almost always laughs 🥺🥺🥺

I remember watching this when the dvd version of the concert was released. I cried and smiled. Their 2022 speech in seoul was very emotional too since it was their first physical concert since covid. I remember Chan, felix, and seungmin were extremely emotional.

Watching it now, after ATE comeback, make me feel so, sooo proud of them.

Chan never opened up so much as this before and the whole moment b/w the members were so raw.. especially, Felix as he couldn't stop his emotions and cried for an hour or more while the others kept helping eo..it was the most vulnerable moment of skz I have ever seen...💕

I have to be mentally prepared to watch these ending speeches because they make me cry every time. I can't even imagine their lives or their feelings at this point in their career. So much had happened, and they were genuinely unsure if there career was over right after it started. These guys are something special and I wish them nothing but the best after all the hardships they've endured to get to where they are today. I'm so glad they had each other through it. For something more fun and way less heavy I recommend Stray Kids Idol Human Theater. Basically the crew gives them a back story and a timeline of activities, and then they act out characters while ad libing the entire time. It's filmed like a fake documentary. FYI Lee Know was particularly exhausted from his extensive activities at this time (there may have been something else going on too, but he never mentioned anything specifically) so don't be shocked by his lack of energy. This video always brings me to tears. They have worked so hard since day one, and now look at them: triple million sellers, 2 #1s on BB200, brand ambassadors etc. It’s been such a rough road to get here, and it’s still rough, but as long as Stray Kids are happy and healthy, nothing else matters.

I.N. starting to cry alot when Han touched the topic of him struggling that year. That year they 'lost' a member because he decided to leave. Han was struggling at peak level with his anxiety and the moment he started to talk about the dynamic year and how he didnt felt confident anymore. He probably had some anxiety attacks, very emotional moments and depression about his close relationship with woojin(member that left) and working hard on the album feeling pressure. I.N. and the other members experienced that with Han directly and when Han broke everybody started bawling again cause of the open attitude of Han towards his own mental state.

Everytime i see this clip of hyunjin i have to bawl my eyes out, hyunjin is sensitive, members have said that, that is something i relate too, no matter how hard i hold it in i always spill, the feeling of thinking someone will leave you because they will grow tired is not foreign, so when hyunjin talks about wanting stay to be by his side, it just really hits home

I don't feel the need to comment anything bc you already know and it's really amazing. But yeah, they were genuinely scared the fans would leave bc the news was so sudden. This was so hard for them the group had a long break before coming back with a new album. Han couldn't write songs and changbin was going through a rough time. I still cried watching this.. skz are still going through such difficult times and it's really sad but makes me respect skz more. They're such strong individuals and they have each other as support. Stays are also strong.

Man, I wasn't holding up at all, everytime, srsly, everytime I cry RIVERS with this one. If you weren't there at that time is really hard to understand how miserable stayville was. When woojin left there were a lot of nasty rumors, we were sad because he left, bc we didnt know what will happen, bc since side effects things were aldeady rough with antis. Jype didn't communicate anything to us, not a thing, all we had was silence and a comeback postponed, Hani was not feeling well either. That was he'll seriously. And if we were miserable, they probably felt even worse. So it's understandable how overwhelmed they probably felt after the concert, I'm glad they were able to express comfortably their emotions. They were really doing well and they are still doing well now, I'm proud of our skz 👏

when i watched these speeches for the first time, i really grasped how emotional and sensitive of a person hyunjin is. i think it was lee know when asked which member surprised him, he said hyunjin was a more soft hearted and sensitive person than he thought he’d be. now that i think of it, their two kids room is a good one too!!

I've seen this clip before by I break down every time I see Hyunjin cry. I feel like he's very much more reserved now, but expresses his feelings differently like through his poetry and paintings. This clip made me a stay because I was struggling so much but couldn't cry and I saw this clip and completely broke down.

Hyunjin was the first member that caught my eye, and remains one of my biases (I'm dance racha biased haha) and I watched this video for the first time the week I became stay and *sobbed* my eyes out during his part. I didn't know much about them or their journey yet, but he's so raw here that it hurt me, but it also made them all so *human* , and I think that human element to them is part of what pulled me in and made me stay

Lino definitely communicates differently his appreciation and love towards fans/stays it's mostly in his actions!!!! He's a very loyal and caring person, I love how different he is! He enjoys talking to fans on bubble all the time and does his best to give advice to different situations they might be going through...I think he adds a very nice and different touch to the group and their dynamics!!! I also just really love his strong mentality and how he advocates to keep being yourself and not letting things weigh you down! He is the type to take care of things and people he loves everyday and mostly "behind the scenes" 🥹 he can be misunderstood at times but he isn't cold or mean, clearly anyone who thinks that way can't comprehend different ways of showing love and affection!!! He's such a hardworking and special person...

not sure if you've heard this before, but i believe around this time, hyunjin specifically was dealing with some nasty rumors saying that he bullied a fellow classmate at school. it happens a lot in the kpop community and it can (has) ruined careers. all of it was proven false in the end, but it weighed heavily on his reputation for awhile and you could see the impact it had on his mental health. during a separate moment at a fansign hyunjin unfortunately broke down from the pressure and feared stay would leave because of him. he really didn't want everything he worked hard for to go to waste :'( but heartwarming he got through it with the other kids. stay forever :')

and now they just joke about this moment and how they would imitiate how hyunjin say 'dont go anywhere,stay' and even use it as an idea for the lyric in haven ☺they are truly a family

It might just be me, but i feel like the reason Chan was smiling for Hyunjin was because Hyunjin was finally able to let go of that fear. Theres a quote from love, simon I think about a lot, where they say "the last few years it felt like you were holding your breath....you can exhale now" i feel like nothing feels better than seeing someone you care for come out the end of a dark tunnel and just be able to let go and start to heal. I joined Stay last year, but seeing what they've gone through and how close they are now is such a beautiful thing and i hope to be here to continue to see them grow and overcome anything they come up against. 149❤

This is my third time rewatching this video and they all still got me crying to it. I just can tell theses words are really from the heart and that's just what makes this moment so special. We love Stray Kids❤

im a stay army( a fan of Stray Kids and BTS) and i know how it feels to hold that pressure and pain as well as the fact that you just wanna show the people that you love that you are alright, that you are not in pain. and it builds up so much that you just break down all at once. I'm 16 and about to be 17 but I still know how it feels to feel that type of pain. i dealt with that for 5 years and still having those problems. i also know how hard it is to fight your own monsters and almost just giving up. tbh its the worst pain and I still deal with those little shitty monsters inside me. and I love how BTS and Stray kids arent afraid to show those types of feelings.

would love to see you watch their ending ment (Seoul day 3 maniac world tour) from one of their recent concerts, a couple of other members get very emotional as well.

With Stray Kids it's almost weird to call them idols or famous because they don't feel like that to me. They are so real and honest in how they connect that for some reason my brain just sees them as just a group of friends having fun and bring real. Seeing them hurting makes me hurt 😅
