Stray Kids: "Venom & Maniac" at MAMA 2022 - Reaction 

Hyunjin was front and center because from the storyline that has been released so far, he seems to be the Main Villain. He's also sort of been the focus for the Mama performances since 2020 as well. Oh and Hyunjin's hair has been doing choreography since Side Effects 😂

Hyunjin was not playing during the performance. He came on stage with one objective and that was to murder the stage. Thanks Hyunjin

Btw. There’s footage after they ended the performance and IN fainted Chan caught him and Felix and Chan helped him off stage. And then Hyunjin was clearly exhausted sitting on the side of the stage and Han came to check on him. They put everything into that performance.

The last part where they sprint to the front of the stage is really cool. They say the stage was so intense that standing still with their arms up in the final pose was so breathless and difficult.

"[We need to pause cause] I feel like that was just weird noises....FROM US, I MEAN, NOT FROM THEM!" Honestly your reactions were mine. They did not come to play!

Aside from this performance, My favorite MaMa is 2020. So good. There are some good fan cam but the wide view was way too far. Just ridiculous. MAMA Is known for bad camera unfortunately. When I watch the award shows comments are off. There were so many amazing performances. I’m biased so this one of course my favorite

love your reactions. I love this performance I think the best of all them, and the 2nd one I love Victory song mama performance. Last years was also good with Cheese and Thunderous they went all out on it but I love this mama sooo much and I need the new version of these 2 songs. Lee Know did have his center but the lighting was so dark you didn't know who it was at first. I agree they could have done better with the camera work.

The mama camera work wasn’t it. You can see what angles skz would’ve planned an Mama just didn’t deliver. Like the first shot of Chan, camera should’ve gone down ( following his hand movement). We didn’t get a closeup of chanbin hip action but a wide shot?… also hyunjin floorwork in maniac we got a shot from above and not the front?. Why? And the running scene in the end so much more impressive on the fancams. Seeing them sprinting towards you. Not mamas birdseye shot. So frustrating to be honest.😅 But then again so glad that the performance did happen since they had to coach the Japanese backup dancers in a day. Since apparently they couldn’t take the planned dancers from Korea. Explains why they all looked slightly tired on the redcarped and on the second day.

I’d enjoy it more if the camera work was better. I don’t get it. Why spend all this money to put on a show and then not film it properly?
