It breaks my heart to see the fear he'd learned from neglect and cruelty. Then to see the pure joy he felt from finally being safe and warm thanks to your kindness, I can't help but tear up. We love dogs thinking we're doing something for them, not knowing that what they give us in return is worth more than we can ever do for them.

Love seeing the joy come out in these little guys. Big guys too. My son rescued and dog. He knew the people didn't want her. He knew they didn't feed her. He asked several times if they'd give up the dog. Finally he took her about a year later. She's no longer skinny and scared. She still runs around like a happy puppy at 12 years old.

Wish we could save all the animals like him in the world. If only...

Animals are true champions who are faced with horrible challenges, yet in the end they forgive and pour all the love in their tiny body to the people with the biggest hearts who saved them and then the ones who take them into their home forever with equal amounts of love. It was so touching to see this family adopting him, you could feel the stray puppy yearning for a warm home when he was jumping with joy after this family gave him the love and care. Thank you so much for adopting him.

The way he looked back one last time before walking through the threshold made me cry. Like he was accepting this new life presented to him and saying goodbye to the old life of a street dog. What a lovely little guy ❤

I was never a dog guy. I thought dog people were weird. My wife, then my fiancé, tricked me into taking a drive to a farm that rescued abused/abandoned dogs. Despite my protesting we went home with a black lab puppy that came from terrible circumstances. I've been married for 9 years now. I couldn't imagine a day without my dog. She is so much more than a pet. She's a friend, and marriage counselor, an endless source of joy, a money pit. I wouldn't give her up for anything. Now I can't watch a clip like this without turning into an absolute crying baby. I just hate the thought that anyone could be cruel to a dog, and I'm so grateful that people and groups like this exist to save these little lives. My next dog and all the dogs after will definitely be a rescue.
