Hi, I bought both Mac packages and installed in my steam deck pro ( editing and colouring) editing pack working nice but Color one not working, do they work same time in one stream deck pro? Thanks.
Open a chat on our site and we'll help you get it working. You can see this post about how to use switch profile key to jump between profiles. www.sideshowfx.net/blog/2023/2/24/switching-profiles
At 28:48 you go over dial speed. It would be way better to just be able to put in numeric values (.025) that align with resolves panel sensitivity settings so we’d know what it is actually set to…. Or even better I’d set one click of turning the dial on lift to be equal to 1/8th of stop or even 1/16 ( in camera terms) and so forth on other similar luminance type dials.
Excellent suggestion. I’d love to see this implemented. Additionally, for certain things the current speed on the dials does not allow for a parameter fast enough to meet my preference. Example: adjusting the aspect on a power window. It takes ages even on the fastest setting.
Could u guys create profile for higher resolution please. Im using Macbook Pro M1 14". I've ready purchased for color panel profile but cant use with any SDPlus Profiles in folder downloaded.
This looks amazing, thanks a lot for it. I am really considering getting it, but I have noticed that the Curves section is not fully demonstrated, I am wondering if it's actually possible to draw curves with it because that's my main need for my workflow.
@@SideshowFX oh, I guess I'm asking for too much, to be honest yours looks like the most comprehensive solution for using the stream deck plus as a grading tool anyways, it's just drawing curves with it would have been mind blowing for my workflow, :") thanks!
Hello, I prefer the Mac version of the DaVinci Resolve Color Panel preset, why is the layout different between the Mac version and the Windows version, especially the touch screen? And is it possible to have the same layout as the Windows version?
I haven't found any videos that show the Stream Deck + using DaVinci Resolve alongside the Stream Deck XL. How well do they work alongside each other? Can you use the Stream Deck + on the Color Panel pack in tandem with the Stream Deck XL using the Profiles pack without constantly switching back-and-forth between profiles?
When you were using the custom buttons menu having a knob control the vertical position of the mouse could be useful maybe a coordinate button for initial location and another rotary for dealing in values move down to next control do the same. Saves dedicating a button to each parameter. Or maybe relative mouse moves …
I’ve had trouble with this in the past on mbp but now have a Mac Studio (on Sonoma) and 1080 monitor…does resolve have to be in full screen mode or can it be a window in order to get the coordinates to line up?
It's a good practice to always select Reset UI to make sure the configuration is where it should be. Please follow carefully the instructions in the pdf - they have the most recent information.
@@SideshowFX I do not know anything about how you program the Stream but why not a roll over? That said this is a great product. Muscle memory does kick in. Having working dials at this price is awesome.
Feedback is difficult the controls don’t know what they are controlling and there is no. Comms back e.g if you adjust contrast to 1.5 you know this because of the resolve ui not the streamdeck

I have been waiting for this release for several months. To be honest, it's not as useful as I expected it to be. It needs a lot of work from the user side to make things work. The adjustments are not so fine, so it feels that with a mouse, I can still make more precise tweaks. Also, the way it's programmed, while it's very complex and has many functions, it's not very user-friendly. Their other Davinci preset seems much more usable with the printer key adjustments. Those can make fine adjustments, and a maximum of 1-2 swipes away, you can find always-needed buttons, like next clip, wipes, next node, etc. I've paid for it to work for me, but the fact that they don't even have a preset for MacBook Pro 14 and 16 screen sizes, which are probably where many people would like to use them, is annoying. I had to spend an hour with this until I started to be able to use it. All sales are final, so think twice before buying this.
Sorry your experience isn't what you expected. The sensitivity of the controls however is identical to using the mouse. The increments are the same. We are adding more resolutions in future updates so it's more plug and play for more people. In regards to having controls where you need them, don't forget you can quickly copy and paste the items you want and customize the set for your workflow. We have provided the most common layout, most users customize a little bit to make it their own.
@@NavLehal Hi Nav. You can run literally hundreds of profiles on a device. There is probably a missed step somewhere in setup. Go to our website and open a chat and I'll help you get it working.
same here, my display has a resolution of 2560 × 1600 and it makes the functions that are not shortcuts pretty obsolete unless I go through the time of mapping every position. Would really appreciate if you guys added more resolutions! thanks
