Very nice addition to a fine hardware product. It took 5 minutes on your website to find the "buy" button, but once downloaded it was up and running in 2 minutes. Maybe a "purchase drop-down would benefit sales?????
Thanks we would like to make it simpler but have found it necessary to guide the user through the product details (so you know exactly what you're getting) and the requirements (so you know if it will work for you and that you are ordering the correct product). Any specific ways fo doing it that keeps those needs in tact we'd love to hear.
@@avided Makes perfect sense. They don't read E-bay descriptions before buying either, so why could you expect them to understand the product first. My sympathize to your team and lord help our not so educated mankind.
Why would you not make one for 3840x2160? That is the only thing holding me back on buying this. I just want the product to work out of the box without customization. I would have thought 1920x1080 and then 3840x2160 would be common resolutions to be running monitors at. I personally run at 3008x1692 on a 4k monitor. Just would love a better way for the product to operate and I would buy. I understand that probably requires purchase of the real panel, I just wonder is anyone else struggling with these resolution options?
Is it possible that some of the pre-built coordinates would ever come to the LoupeDeck CT color Panel? Pro-programming all of my coordinates was the only thing that turned me off of that product.
few questions I have a black magic Micro panel and I am thinking of using my streamdeck xl for controling the additional features that are in the mini or advanced panel i might even go so far as to buy a streamdeck.+ or another controller., this is on a Mac. This pack is of interest but i'm not sure which hardware would be best for it. if it would be worth buying a streamdeck + in order to have the rotary controls. I already have the Pro pack.
That is not something we can answer it really is a personal choice and what your particular needs are. We do find the functionality is a little more intuitive with the dials.
