(My Headcanon): Starlight was watching the stream & realized that IF Trixie "has" already enough money in her account to "settle" (with the landlord, for all the damages, A.S.A.P. ); it would be much quicker and *cheaper* than through the legal route (that Starlight would had to pay for later anyways).
