Very informative/educational production. Thank you. Telford scabland has a few scarped loess islands which I am looking at closely.

The shear magnitude of this area is mind boggling. It is very hard to grasp how much water cut thru here.

If you look at the land "given" to the American Indians you'll the settlers were only looking out for themselves. Warm springs got 42 square miles of forest and volcanic rock. A wasteland. Then Kitzhaber vetoed the hood river casino. They all get $25 a month now per Capita. Land that was once theirs that was fertile claimed by "settlers". Their bording schools in the 30s on were play pens for men who raped and sodomized girls and boys. I was married to a warm springs woman. Some F'ed up stuff. How about reparations for palouse land taken, to farm on, to earn on.
