I have been WAITING for native vertical video. When they announced this last week, I wanted to turn cartwheels. Great tip to create a VERTICAL brand tab! Please suggest your recommendations to StreamYard. Thanks Kirk!
Stream Yard is not giving me that option the orientation says settings are disabled when the broadcast has enabled and it is yellow not giving me the option to click on it

If I understand you correctly it sounds like you’ve already started recording or gone live if so you can’t change orientation while live or recording you have to change it before so the destinations know what orientation they are receiving.

Thanks for the comment and support of the channel. To answer your question, I don’t think it changes anything regarding your phone. Maybe I’m misunderstanding the question… are you using your phone to stream with StreamYard? If so is that as a camera or are you going to SY website and running your stream from there? Both could be done before this update. This update just means regardless of camera or device StreamYard can now send to your destinations like IG and TikToc the vertical orientation 9x16. Hopefully that made some sense.
Hey thanks for the comment maybe I misunderstood it. This video talks about how StreamYard can be used to stream vertical to different destinations and RU-vid is one of them.
