All I have to say is WOW, that was just some amazing work. I can only dream of being capable of pulling off those combos. I'm getting old now and my reactions are not what they used to be but its always great to see what top players can do.
That was the SICKNESS. Really like your Guile play. Wish I had the time to get this good. Between my love, my kids, my Yugioh, and my job, sadly my Vid Gaming has taken a back seat. Thanks for showing us the power and skill this game has to offer those that have not gotten to this level.
your videos are amazingly encyclopedic for guile players, e.g f+mp connects with c.lp this is sucha golden information, and the focus+focus+rush +flash explosion at 2:51 was soooooooooo sweet
true guile master guile is 1 of those characters people tend to over look anybody can be good wit ken ryu akuma but its exciting to see guile in action because his combos actually are created somebody has taken the time to create it not saying other characters are nt , but best way to put it tekken wise is customising combot tekn tag2 and creating your own juggles its something special well done for reping the coolest character in sf

Man excellent combos man. I noticed you do the guile high kick into his ultra. how exactly do you do this ive tried and cant seem to get it. do you charge DB, then when you go th DF hit the roundhouse then finish the motion for the ultra? or is there some different motion all together like when you do his sonic book into super. any help will be appreciated thx
There are ways to charge. Its called Charge-Partitioning I think. You hold back for a small moment then dash forward then immediately hold back again for half the time then forward. Something to that effect. Try looking it up. That's what most pro charge characters in Street Fighter use to extend their combo potential.
gilley are you going do a SSF IV combo video when you get your hands on it? btw does the jumping RH to ultra work on a real match? that would be beast.
@s0shadow Not exactly, i rarely stay there crouching with guile. His normals are great and poking is a valid method of pressuring your opponent instead of just waiting. However, looking forward to SSF4 to see the hitbox changes they did that hopefully make them a lot better.
@mrozzdude SSF4 guile has a charge time of 55frames and if im not mistaken the game runs at 60frames per second so he actually has a charge time of less than 1 second

@TheAvengers678 to do guiles ultra, u have to hold dwnbck to charge, then do fwddwn, bckdwn, upfwd and then press all 3 kick buttons or just L2 if u on ps3, and make sure u do it kinda fast
@DarkWolf80s i think that he's on training mode w/o the auto block, because i noticed tht whn he finishes a couple combo's, he mashes those jabs for TZW and the opponent doesnt block, whereas if it were autoblocking, even though your not touching the opponent, he/she would still block for a sec...or mayb he just found a glitch since he's a master of timing
@Maclein22 i had problems to but wat u have to do is soon as u hit that super hold back and w8 till he's almost bout to hit the ground then hit the ultra.
Crazy guile combos Here's your goal be the first one in SSF4 to make a guile combo that involves putting the shades on during one part of the combo and then taking them off somewhere in the combo and still add one more hit afterwards hahaha THAT would be thee best guile combo ever

Hey baba how did you do that wheel kick to the ultra because to execute that move the wheel kick is angle down forward then to the ultra?. Am i missing something? I always thought the ultra or super need to start in a down back position.

im gonna give up guile as my main because I cant do those combos with a controller. Seems impossible using the right trigger to do fierce attacks for combos. I will have to find a non charge character.
Dude, how do you do Guile's Flash Kick, Sonic Boom, and his Super and Ultra combos? Because I have a Hori V3 Arcade Stick for my PS3 and my stick has a either a round gate or an octagonal gate and I hate my stick. It won't let me perform Guile's moves. I practice with Guile all the time and every time I try and perform his combos, Guile won't respond to my stick. Do you think I should get a stick with a square gate?
No tricks here. Charge 2 secs, throw sonic boom then jump forward and quickly pull back so your charging in midair then after the sonic boom hit and you punch or kick while still charging back then throw another one and repeat. Combos here a good but most a blockable. In hyper fighting a guile master can get off an unblockable 6 hit combo( assuming you land the first hit
u've balanced using combos on both sides of the stage. I don't know if everybody else noticed, but gilley and modinside tend to combo their best on the left corner :)
i just wonder how to get the sonic booms off as quick during a combo its possible, i just cant get anymore than 2 off,and are you holding back while punching or holding forward then when you want a sonic boom pressing back and forward quickly..does that work?
@terawrist1 charlie is not dead he is still alive, the thing is that after bison made some experiments on him , he became *Shadow*, which is an experiment that bison made with him, after that he was evil and served bison, but the memories came back to him and he bacame a good guy and fought bison, after that fight he desapeared along with bison, he thought at first he killed bison but that wasnt true because of his psicho drive, since then charlie ;s been missing but not dead.
I only play with guile.. but there is a lot of combos like this vid. I just cant do it.. you are the master of Guile..you charge every special move fast.. and you know which basic can link to other basic or sp move.. you know how is guile system.. guess i need to practice more..
I want to post a combo vid but I don't know how to make it look clean like this. All I have is a good digital camera and a television. Right now I am only setting my camera down in front of my TV when I do combos. How do I get it like this.
LMAo man you are SUPER right i have been practicing the stuff he did in his last video i just saw and i finally can do almost all of them with out trying again and he does this to me "sad face"
damn... your combos are crazy... I've been playing Guile for the longest time in sf4 but my fingers aren't that coordinated to do your combos; the most i can do is a 4 hit combo.
