She really needed to get humbled/bullied imo from a much stronger and powerful opponent. This M. Bison is just on another level and super charged with Psycho Power. I feel like this is really good for Juri's character development because it is implied in her Arcade that she seems really lost and confused and Chun Li senses she is just one of M. Bison's victims and really wants to help Juri heal and find peace. Unless M. Bison ends up torturing her again and turns her into something far worse then she's ever been.

Bison regains most of his memories in WT yet he himself says he can't be sure if he is a clone or not. Moreover, he doesn't give a F if he isn't the original. He is fine either way, and when his new cronies ask what they should call him he literally says they can call him Bison, Vega, Lord or whatever else they called the other guy, he simply doesn't care. So yeah, in the most Capcom move ever they left everything open ended and confirmed nothing.
