"This journey doesn't have a real ending." That's real talk right there. You can set specific goals to mark progress along the way, but no matter what you're passionate about in life there will always be another lesson to learn.

The begging narration with Ryu gave me chills. This game is amazing. That song is bad ass

With all the anticipation of the full game, it is cool that we are finally getting a glimpse of the actual plot within World Tour. It’s very exciting knowing that this is a new chapter that is further within the Street Fighter timeline

Gotta say, doing a successful Super in the demo and hearing Ryu tell me, "Let's go on a Journey together!" was oddly wholesome and motivating. Aight, time to start a journey with no real ending.

We got Street Fighter VI and Across the Spider-verse on the same day. June 2nd is gonna be the greatest day ever for me.

The cutscenes with our OC are going to be comedy GOLD

I really hope this story mode lives up to its potential and becomes the new gold standard for main plot storytelling in fighting games: - it allows the player to have character expression (through not only character creation, but also fighting style selection and open world interactions); - it presents the fighters from the main roster as mentors/legends in their own right; - and (as far as we know) it doesn't demand that you win challenging matches with a specific character or fighting style you don't care about just to advance the story (something I always thought was antithetical to the genre) If I never have to see another "cinematic story mode" for a fighting game, it will be too soon.

This may be the biggest and most solid SF at launch that Capcom's ever made. Well done 👏🏻

This is genuinely one of the best trailers I've ever seen for a fighting game. That beginning with Ryu was so calming and chill, as it progressively gets hype with so much story focus, showing each of the eighteen characters. This game is gonna revolutionize fighting games

I remember needing a stool to be able to properly see the screen to play SFII: Champion Edition on arcade cab. I'm in my 30s now, and getting all emotional over the fact that I'm going to be able to explore the world of a game that captured my imagination at such a crucial time in my life, and helped influence who I am. Thanks for this, seriously.

I never thought to see a "story mode" in a fighting game where we play as a custom character, but they already have the foundation through world tour, gotta say, that's smart.

This is going to be the best hype ever! Living a dream to be with and being taught moves from your favorite fighting icons - it can’t get any better than this right now! I’ve got my Baki Hanma avatar already set up (yet my name will still be on there lol), so I can’t wait to take that dive.

I’m gonna make my character look more like Jake Tyler from Never Back Down. Former football player now Mixed Martial Artist He comes to Metro City in a search of his missing brother Meet and be friends with Ryu, Chun-Li, Guile, Cammy, and Sagat. He learns new styles and powers as his journey progressed. Ultimately, he finds out more of himself as becomes a new World Warrior.

Got to applaud Capcom, they have been in top form recently and this is looking great again. 👏👏👏

Man, World Tour was unexpectedly entertaining and with lots of references for the fans, and I just played the demo. I'm glad I could build my PC on time to enjoy this edition.

I know it's create a character but I've seen so much of this default guy as is that it feels like his story and I wanna see it through that way.

Love our character actually showing trial and error in training. If there's one issue that doesn't matter at all I have, it's that even with all that creative freedom, clothes will have set colors instead of being able to change them. Not a dealbreaker at all but still, DAMN 😭
