Street Fighter Alpha 2 was a miracle port on the Super NES. 

The Super NES version was released in 1996. It makes use of the S-DD1 chip for on-the-fly graphic decompression. Despite the graphics decompression chip, this version has loading times when entering matches while sounds are loaded onto the sound chip.
I will compare the Super NES music soundtrack to the Arcade version in this video.
The Super NES did a spectacular job trying to replicate the arcade version.
