​@@sandeshmathias67 It's a reference to their match from the SF2 Animated Movie where the two of them are pitted against each other. Blanka won when Zangief's Screw Pile Driver failed to knock Blanka out. And Blanka did a Rolling Attack reversal, then proceeds to hit Zangief. When Zangief tries to rip Blanka off of him by the hair, Blanka generates his Electric Thunder attack and electrocutes Zangief.
