sigurdtheblue Actually no Street Fighter EX2 Plus is just a update of EX2 with new characters like Sagat, balance changes, etc. It's also worth to mention the PS1 version has dowgraded graphics.
What ever the sounds were that they used during the ps1 era of fighting games like zero divide and street fighter ex and tekken 1 to an extent really is amazing
Street Fighter EX2 definitely had the most unique and memorable stages of the EX trilogy. Hope to see this stage and song remastered for Fighting EX Layer at some point (at least the song since there’s already a scenario themed with rails [Elevated Railway] in FEXL; hmm nonetheless, I definitely can picture a remix/remastered version of this song on a snow stage or maybe a meadow at night with an UFO on the sky lol).
I used to love the track of this stage, i used to fight my friend to this track and whip his ass, we would always pick Ryu, Ken, Sagat, Kairi...OOOOO the memories and late night fights...
This song makes me feel things that bring me back to when I was a kid playing the Playstation. it's so Capcom. I feel like I'm about to play some super awesome but hard Megaman game or fight against some super broken version of Bison while he headstomps me into the ground. Good times. Good times.
I want Skullomania, Paula, C. Jack, and Vulcano Rosso back in future games. I know that these games are considered non-canon, but the characters were fun to play as. Please, Capcom. I don't ever ask you for much (honestly, I don't).
Garuda was really cheap to fight against, in my opinion, but I do feel that he was a good character. Kairi deserves some love as well. It's really too bad that Capcom and Akira went their separate ways (with Akira keeping the rights to the characters and music that were exclusive to the EX series). Bottomline, I ADORE the EX series, and I hope that someday, by some divine miracle, fans like ourselves will again be able to play as some of our beloved characters in future titles within the franchise.
Unfortunately, Capcom doesn't own the rights to those characters. Arika (or whatever the company's name was) basically made the EX games for Capcom, and they created those characters to interact with the Capcom characters (in terms of storyline: like Doctrine Dark blaming Guile for getting scarred in a battle that didn't go well). They'd have to make a deal to get my beloved Blair & Co. back lol. (I heard that Capcom wasn't confident at the time about making an SF game that looked 3D-ish.)
I don't enjoy fighting games much and I'm not at all familiar with the EX series of SF games, but my god do they have some of the best soundtracks ever!
JACK THEME BECAUSE HE WAS BORN SPANISH, BUT ALSO AMERICAN , HE WEARS A JAZZ TYPE SUIT BASED ON ON OF THOSE JAZZY STREETS, HE RELATES TO BALROG THE BOXER
This is a remix of Skullomania's theme Also is Jack's theme because it's Jazzy type he wears a Jazzy suit he is from Las Vegas Sharon's theme because not only she is Blair Dame and Jack's Sister, in the EX1 Blair and Jack Shared A Station Theme
gusy if you havwe a ps4 go check FIGHTING EX LAYER, its in beta but its very pormising. its made by the same people who made the ex series and plans to have all EX characters (bar the capcom ones)plus supposedly the ones from fighting layer
Everytime I hear this I close my eyes and the same image pops in my head, LOL! Two law students studying, looking up shit practicing for an up coming debate like its a montage. And by 1:05 they're there sitting in class while glancing back at eachother like, "There's no way I'm going to lose!" Then by like, 2:05 there's a couple more days left so its just relaxation and review but by 2:45 its show time, and they go back and forth for the remainder of the tune, till 3:20 where they're waiting on
