Takes me back. Had N64 96' and didn't get PS1 til 97/98 when all my friends were playing Rival Schools. In 96' we were more concerned about Alpha 2 on SNES lol (No one could ever find a copy). Never knew this game existed until years later
I am saddened by the lack of faith Sega had in Eternal Champions, as much as Nintendo 's with Eternal Darkness. Both should have at least a trilogy at minimum by now. Also, Virtua Fighter 2 was actually surprisingly good for running on the Genny. I had that and the Saturn version just out of curiosity, and was amazed at how many moves made it to the 16 bit port as well as the graphics, which had the tradeoff of nixxing 3-D polygons for very detailed pixel work.

i enjoy street fighter ex series and ex 2 plus. there like 3 versions of ex 2 . ac version and ps1 version and one other version too i think for ac. i enjoy music and the colors in the game and alternative outfit colors . but sadly ex games dont bring mutch to the table compared with tekken and other sutch games. used to blay street fighter ex 2 plus alot as kid. but wish it brought more to table and offered more. director mode was interesting def. and shin bison bonus battle and ex 3 dramatic battle . and ofc cant forget it has team battle. im sucker for team battle. need to thank tekken 2 for that.

also i saw bootleg snes or nes version of virtua fighter 5 in sale in my home country in market. havent found gameplay clips of this game. idk if i could find this online to check it out. first mortal kombat game i played was bootleg . called mortal kombat 56 peoples special. ive played bootleg aladin and street fighter. both i assume have ben made by hummer team. hummer team seems to hava a cataloque of unfinished sega genesis and p1 games and snes games . so they tryed to make games for other platforms too and some unfinished pc games even. bootlegs mostly. in one market i saw a box what had nina and jin from tekken 3 on it. idk if it was playstation 1 where u could play pirated ps1games on. also had nes as kid it sayd pokemon on it. one nes had terminator spelled on it and was black squared chape. pokemon nes was white square shaped and had like toploader on what u can close and open. it had some games installed in. but zippy race didnt work. some people ive talked to have sayd they have consoles with alot of neogeo titleson there. the cartridges here were square shaped colored yellow and orange. now they are little like longer shaped and colored light creen orange or yellow.
You know what? They tried. The character sprites are quite valiant in quality but unfortunately not in quantity meaning animations are sloppy and choppy. They tried to stick to the new movesets too, no using alpha sprites to cheap out either

the problem ex had is it wasn't just competing with other 3d fighting games but also its own lush 2d iterations like Alpha and the spectacle fighters like x-men vs street fighter. merely being 3d wasn't enough

That was the first SF game i was good at somehow so the only one I really enjoyed. I knew there was sg. off with that game if i played it good. I'm ultimately trash with SF games.
What do you find misleading about the title? As for why I use salacious titles, I would have thought the answer to such a question would be common sense. Captivating titles drive up click-through rate, resulting in more views, generating me more money. The same as every single headline you see on the news.
Dude I have some fond memories playing Street fighter EX plus alpha. Seen Street fighter in 3D for the first time back then was huge, and those of us alive knew that there was no going back it was only going to get bigger and better and of course look at where we're at today
