Street Fighter II: CE [Arcade] - M.Bison 

This is a playthrough using M.Bison (dictator) in the Arcade version of Street Fighter II: Champion Edition. Read on below for more information...
M.Bison is the 4th and final boss of the game. He is a regular playable character.
===== ABOUT M.BISON =====
Probably the most famous fighting game boss character, and the staple Street Fighter villain. He has one of the most unique and distinct fighting styles... and has probably made the "fist aura" (for when he punches) his own trademark.
In Champion Edition, it was the first time that M.Bison was made a playable character as he was non-selectable in World Warrior. He had to be toned down significantly of course, which meant that he is more like a proper character with logical punch and kick hit strengths... and no more infinite Scissor Kick combos and super-fast recovery from his sliding sweep.
In Arcade CE, Bison is slightly better than in most of the console ports... one of these reasons is because his Psycho Crusher can hit more than three times if blocked.
===== ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / TRIVIA =====
---- He is known as Vega in Japan.
---- To determine him, fighting game players refer to him as "dictator".
---- As mentioned earlier, SF2CE is the first time that M.Bison is made a playable character.
---- In Champion Edition he receives an alternate colour palette for any mirror matches. He also had the CE colours in the SNES version of World Warrior (via an input code).
---- When the CPU is in control of him, he wears a cape which he removes at the start of the 1st Round before the fight starts.
---- His Scissor Kick is now a charge special move. In World Warrior, it was his standing Roundhouse.
---- His sliding sweep is now his crouching Roundhouse. In World Warrior, it was his standing Short.
---- He now has jumping punches, which the sprites are taken from the swan dive punch after his Head Stomp. He didn't have jumping punches in Arcade World Warrior.
---- His Psycho Crusher comes out much faster than it does in World Warrior... it's one of the very things he does better than his WW incarnation.
---- Obviously, he can no longer perform the infinite Scissor Kick combos like he could in World Warrior.
---- After he lands his Head Stomp (not blocked), he no longer has the outcome where he jumps down to the other side and straight kicks the opponent.
---- When the CPU controls him, it can perform an outcome of the Head Stomp which a human player can never do. And this is the outcome where if his Head Stomp is blocked, he will either jump back off or jump off forward behind (it depends where the opponent is). His Swan Dive Punch after landing the Head Stomp is also a bit different to the player version of the move as well.
---- When he is human-controlled, after landing the Head Stomp (blocked or not blocked), the player can control the outcome jump and choose to land away or close, as well as having the option to perform the swan dive punch during the fall.
---- He no longer has the Fierce hit sound effect for any of his kicks from his World Warrior counterpart.
---- Like almost all of the other characters, his portrait image has been mostly recolored, and looks quite different to his World Warrior portrait.
---- In the entire SF2 series, the bosses are the only characters to not have a "backwards" walking animation.
---- In Arcade (or Arcade-based) WW, CE and HF, the bosses' losing portrait images are the only ones to not be animated on the Continue screen.
---- In SF2:Turbo/Hyper Fighting, M.Bison is the only character to retain his original colour palette from the previous SF2 games as his default colour, with his Turbo colour being his alternative colour. It is the opposite for all of the other characters.
---- Regarding Guile's portrait image (non-losing), the back of his hair is incorrectly colored, most likely unfinished. (you didn't notice this before did you?)
---- The Japanese version of the game can also be known as Street Fighter II' Dash.
===== ABOUT ARCADE SF2CE =====
In World Warrior, everyone wanted to play as the bosses so Capcom said okay and released Champion Edition. Not only that, it was also possible to have mirror matches meaning everyone got a new colour palette... and all the backgrounds/stages have been recolored too! Not to mention all of the character's portrait images being redrawn, etc.
Champion Edition basically takes what World Warrior has and refines it to be a much more rounded out game... much of the gameplay was revised to provide balance between the characters. Obviously the most significant addition to it is that the four boss characters are now playable, which expands the playable roster to a total of 12. The audio however, is the same as in World Warrior.
