This is a playthrough using Sagat in the Arcade version of Street Fighter II: Champion Edition. Read on below for more information...
Sagat is the 3rd of 4 bosses in this game. He is a regular playable character in it.
===== ABOUT SAGAT =====
Famous Muay Thai fighter who got defeated by Ryu in SF1 and has been pretty mad ever since. Works for M.Bison and is one of the main antagonists of Ryu. Also has a blatant disregard for height genetics, and his eye-patch switches to his other eye every time he turns around in the 2D Street Fighter games. Interesting fact: the SF3 series are the only Street Fighter games where Sagat has not appeared in.
In Champion Edition, it was the first time that Sagat was made a playable character as he was non-selectable in SF1 and World Warrior. He had to be toned down significantly of course, which meant that he is more like a proper character with logical punch and kick hit strengths. Another nerf includes taking longer to recover from his Tiger shots. On the upside however, he has gained a new Tiger Knee special move, a throw, and his Jab Tiger Uppercut knocking down grounded opponents.
===== ADDITIONAL INFORMATION =====
---- He is the only SF2 boss that didn't get his name switched outside of Japan.
---- As mentioned earlier, Champion Edition is the first game where Sagat is a playable character in the Street Fighter franchise.
---- Being the 3rd boss, he'll always appear as the 11th opponent when the player plays through single player mode.
---- In the Arcade and 32-bit versions of the SF2 series, the bosses are the only characters who do not have a unique 'backwards' walking animation.
---- When he is CPU-controlled, he does not have any "thrust" sound effects for when he performs his basics.
---- When jumping, his punch buttons are his jumping kicks.
---- Like almost all of the other characters, his portrait image has been redrawn, and looks slightly different to his World Warrior portrait.
---- In Arcade (or Arcade-based) WW, CE and HF, the bosses' losing portrait images are the only ones to not be animated on the Continue screen.
---- Regarding Guile's portrait image (non-losing), the back of his hair is incorrectly colored, most likely unfinished. (you didn't notice this before did you?)
---- The Japanese version of the game can also be known as Street Fighter II' Dash.
===== ABOUT ARCADE SF2CE =====
In World Warrior, everyone wanted to play as the bosses so Capcom said okay and released Champion Edition. Not only that, it was also possible to have mirror matches meaning everyone got a new colour palette... and all the backgrounds/stages have been recolored too! Not to mention all of the character's portrait images being redrawn, etc.
Champion Edition basically takes what World Warrior has and refines it to be a much more rounded out game... much of the gameplay was revised to provide balance between the characters. Obviously the most significant addition to it is that the four boss characters are now playable, which expands the playable roster to a total of 12. The audio however, is the same as in World Warrior.

Was it just me I can do the moves from both sides but I do much better on the left side than on the right side. I can hit that tiger uppercut from both sides but I can really use it effectively more effectively from the left side
