Street Food from Heaven, "Gol Gappay" 

From countryside to urban area, Gol Gappay is a street food which is famous in children, women & men, almost of all ages in Pakistan. It is also commonly available in India & Bangladesh.
It consist of round crispy papri/puri which is then to be filled with spicy boondi (deep-fried droplets prepared from gram flour & spices), boiled potatoes and sometime with onions & green chillies. Different shops/carts have their own recipes but in general all are same. It is served with spicy, citrus water or tamarind.
