Cuban Street Food in Trinidad: Suckling pig - one of the most common Street Foods in Latin America - or what appears to be suckling pig but could be roasted horse leg too.
I've been there for 3 weeks, with a rental car I drove 3000km. The nature is beautiful.... But the some humans there are bad. They want to steel your wheels and lot of thief's on the beach 😅 actually I have pity with them

En mi país Ecuador se llama hornado de chancho o cerdo pero la única falla es las moscas que se posan sobre la pierna de chancho ahí todo bien saludos a ese gente luchadora y valiente como es la Cubana
pig : / i hope..but that looks too big for a pig...unless they had some monster ass pigs...but at the same time...horses 100% don't have that much fat on themthats like 2-4inch of fat.... after being roasted...they're known to be lean...so my guess has to be an extremely large hog they roasted.
you don't know that...and yes i understand Spanish...he never said it was a horse leg...there is honestly too much fat for it to be horse meat...they're lean...i've personally seen horse meat being roasted before in other countries...this can't be horse...way too much fat...
It does not have nothing to soak nothing.... it is typical cuban food if you like it so, good.... if not just go but don`t tell me to change my thin to what you like.

I'm pretty sure that is some good food but what he should have done was get a moist towel and put it over the meat and get some gloves but other than that I probably would try it if he did that

a toda esta gente que critica esta deliciosa comida de cuba quiero decirle que en muchos de los paises en los que viven comen pura comida industrialisada con conservadores quien sabe de que en cuba todo es natural aunque paresca antiigienico pero es comida rica

Queria saber como é que faz essa crosta. E essa gordura entranhada na carne que tá colada na crosta... Deve ser muito bom. Se alguém souber como faz, diz aí.
