The fire is not the real issue there.. he puts a lot of fish so it doesnt matter the temp of the oil will be medium if lots of fish is on the issue is the pan😁😂😁😂
My father traveled all over the world on a fishing boat when he was young. He's from the coast of South America yet he said Jamaica had the most beautiful beaches and that ppl were so relaxed and friendly. And u can see it even by this tiny vid. Thx for sharing

I took my mom to Kingston 12 years ago for mothers day for 2 weeks, since I was a little girl she's always told me she wanted to see Jamaica before she died, so I saved up and surprised her, was the best damn food we've ever eaten, blew american food out of the water..(minnesota born and raised) glad to have crossed one thing off my mom's list, because I lost her last year to ALS... I miss the road side stands, the jerked chicken....
Brings back so many good memories. Going to the beach having the fishermen bring their catch in and choosing my own fresh fish. Getting it fried right on the beach and having festival as my side.

Like I said, Jamaican food is the best food in the world, & that's totally subjective, that's just MY opinion I've traveled many places & tried many definitely foods but Jamaican just happened to be my fav, I don't understand why everyone is so upset at my comment. Jamaica's national dish is #2 in the world, its a small country but they have good food.
Georgia Peach you will love it i just came back a week ago and i went to hellshire beach in st catherine and i love the ppl hard working ppl making the good food i ate the fry fish and lobster with the festival dough bread so yummy im planning my next trip right now as we speak im a island girl missing everything homesick😢

I love Jamaican food because I don’t have to always eat junk food like oily chips and burgers also my dad makes chicken and pork and it’s flavoured sooo good and it’s delicious

That fish looked excellent and delicous but also looked like the fish we put in Aquariums..that's those exotic fish tight there...I can't wait to go to Jamaica!!! I love the way they live their culture is beautiful and their accent gets me every time
This is actual the beach hillshire in st catherine Jamaica so those fish they are cooking are freshly caught and believe it or not it's a beautiful experience being on that beach and eating good Jamaican food
That takes me back to when I was a kid. We would go to reggae beach and have lunch on the beach. We would always get fried fish and festival or jerk chicken and jerk pork. Good times.
Ohhhh...wow....cooking with firewood is the tastiest food ever, n those size of parrot fish...can I have 3 for starter......ma fav is fish with chillies n lemon...mmmm...yummmyyyyyy.....
What more could one ask for ?! Less worry about getting robbed and killed, that would make Jamaica a much safer and enjoyable place to vacation for US citizens. .........that's what we would ask for, there Leelee. soca music, sweet good food.................and NOT fearing for our lives, would be great.
