Street food in Oslo: Waffles are back! 

The waffle is a staple of the Norwegian diet, but has never been among the traditional street foods. That was until Jonathan started selling them from his apartment window in Oslo, and pretty soon his unconventional recipes had made the waffle cool again 😀
When looking for things to do, or eat, in Oslo a visit to Harald's Vaffel (named after King Harald obviously) is a must. Not just for the foodie, but the Norwegian waffle is actually a huge part of our food culture. Have a waffle with brown cheese and you've covered two huge Norwegian delicacies in one go.
