Torn between these two models. Kasi gusto ko talaga hybrid helmet para pwede half face kapag nagchi-chill ride sa gabi. Initially sa spyder ako kasi natatanggal yung peak or sun visor but di ko lang talaga trip yung shape ng visor ng core. Buti na lang na explain dito sa vid na pwede rin pala matanggal ang sun visor ng MT streetfighter. Mas trip ko rin shaoe ng visor nito kaya eto siguro bibilhin ko for my svart 200.
Had a minor crash a week after I purchased Spyder Core, and yep the chin bars doesn't provide protection since I hade a minor swollen lip after the crash. But this helmet is very trust worthy at magaan.
Hi sir. MT Street Fighter po helmet ko. I have no problem driving during night time pag pauwi galing work with the visor I am using kahit pa may naka sulat na "day time use only". Malinaw pa din po ang pag tingin ko sa girl friend ko.
depende po yan sa dadaanan nyo sir. pag sa ortigas ave ako dumaan, kabisado ko yung daan at possible lubak, i ride with visors down with no issues. pero try nyo dumaan sa daanghari… hehe. just experienced that rather recently… unless malaks ilaw nyo po, mahirap makita yung kalsada kung may lubak. though i should say, the visors are lighter than usual smoked lens. so safety wise, not advisable pa rin talaga.
@@BossTLPH nasa Taiwan nga po pala ako sir. hehe yung lumang helmet ko po kasi pag naka tinted visor ako eh mahirap na makakita sa daan pag gabi. pero etong visor ng MT eh ok na ok pa din talaga ung tinted kahit sa gabi.
@@alexandertaduran9787 aaaah.. that figures. maliwanag kasi yung daan. And yes, the MT helmets have clearer smoke lenses tulad nung sa rpha11s. i observed kasi yung other cheaper models do have darker and "graded" smoked visors that make them really hard to see at night.
Next time lods you can include if they have eyeglasses logo para malaman if eyeglasses friendly sila.. Saka ang isa sa mga selling points ng mt helmets are their exo lining which is better than spyder.. Pero may isang spyder na nasa spy lineup na maganda rin ang lining niya..
Mt looks more premium to me😅. Nagustohan ko ksi parang sa halo na helmet lalo na yung green while yung red/white/blue naman yung parang gundam. Daming choices sa mt helmet😅
Spyder should improve their inner linings, ang gaganda ng helmets nila kaso yung linings madyo talo. Nakalimutan mo po yata isali yung comparison ng air vents nila boss
opo sir. di ko na nainclude yung air vents kasi parang nahabaan na ako sa video. but i do have that discussion in the individual reviews of each helmet in separate videos. :)
about sa lens, twice nako bumili ng spyder core pero it ended na benta ko na dahil yung lens nakakahilo.. may grado sya.. i tried contacting spyder pero walang sagot so ending is benta nalang ng palugi.. kaya no to spydercore
Is the windnoise bearable if you use the spyder core in the express way running at 100+ kph speed? Also, is the helmet even recommendable for an agressive riding speed and is it even gonna protect you in such semplang or collision?
protection wise, it is best to treat the hybrid helmets as half face helmets as you will not get any protection from the chinbar at all. They are for aesthetics purpose only. as for wind noise, well... they are not quiet that's for sure. whether it is bearable or not, siguro po it will depend on the individual's tolerance. for one, it does not have any chin curtain to mask out against any wind from below. :)
@@ba.youtube1007 i don’t think there’s any out there with a good solid protection as a full face. the weakness of these chinbars are how they are attached to the helmet itself.
i have the mt street fighter in matte black colour. the matte coating on it is low quality. wore them 2 times and the coating already started to peel. multiple areas on the helmet.
@@joelramosdasilva5889 well not really. it is just a bit moisier than usual helmets, but wind issues on the eyes is not a problem though po. one thing to add though, i prefer the optical grade of the MT. 😊
kabibili ko lang ng spyder core meron sya parang mabalahibo na velcro, at eyeglass ready para hind masakit sa ibabaw ng tenga kapag nagsuot ka ng prescription eyeglass or sunglass. not sure dun sa MT.
@@Kurasmag-bu9vc para sa akin ok naman mas mabigat pa nga yung guile ko na full face, ang cons lang eh medyo maingaay sa loob dahill siguro sa butas nung airvents. gusto ko sa kanya yung porma, at gamit ko sya for short rides dito sa amin, kapag malalayo nag full face ako
if your getting one, get the solid matte color. personally, the gloss with graphics isnt that angas looking. inpainted it matte black and now more aggressive
Yes maangas, hanggang dun lang yun. Just in case na head-on collition ka or semplang una mukha hindi maisasalba ng "looks" ang mukha mo, kaya no thanks! Nag helmet ka pa. 😅
They are all China helmet brand, actually！😂 MT Helmets =》Sell to China company Rymic =》YOHE (China company) Spyder = Rymic M09 H.I.R.P. =/= Polycarbonate, it's totally different!!! H.I.R.P. is just stronger ver. of ABS
