don't you just want to hug her? I reckon hearing this through all the street noise only adds to the poignancy. 'Cleaning ' the sound up in a studio would rob it of something. Play on Natalie wherever you want to be.

It´s like God desperately trying to be heared by the world through her. And again all is too busy, too agitated, too noised, too indiferent to see and appreciate a miracle just there. Thanksfully Matthew for help us to listen above everything else

I think about those so called mega stars performing on stages supported by millions off dollars ans I think to myself: See, they'll never got this, they'll never got to touch someone's heart like this old lady with a single piano. It's moving and magic.

Matthew I so love this composition , it's one of my many favourites , I call this piece, " The Conversion " , the title was inspired by a passersby listing to your Mum playing by saying.... " Is that it ? " ... and after a while he succumbed to the hypnotic beauty of the sweet sounding music being played by your darling Mum , ... at the of the composition , he made with another profound utterance although somewhat muffled " F♥♥♥ing marvellous " and for the want of a better phrase I wholeheartedly agree. Natalie is a great inspiration. I can see the signs of arthritis there in those fingers yet she's still playing on with integrity. I've sent a share of her playing to a friend of mine who is trying to return to piano playing years after he received a brain injury through an accident. Warm hugs to Natalie for keeping the music going. Beautiful. I'm trying to re develop my piano playing, too, with arthritis and fibromyalgia giving me grief along the way. I'll keep persevering.

This improv is beautiful and i loved it, but for some reason it makes me sad.

Just beautiful. Please Matthew, is there a city park where your mum would want to play? I mean, somewhere outside but instead of all the traffic noise just peace and a little birdsong? There is so much complexity to her music that its tragic is lost under the sound of a tram rolling by.
