God it’s so cool to see these online. I remember these guys battling WAY back. There would be 10,000 people just watching their heads up tables. If I could have any players coach me it would be these 2. Jungle always just has so much fun and Mr Galfond is just such a great human and so respected on and off the table.

I think one of the most important things of a very successful poker player (and investor, my personal passion) is extreme self awareness. Jungleman knew he was running good in this session, and he openly talked about it. The top boat JJxx vs nut flush + 9 boat blocker, the AA vs AK top set vs top two on a dry runout. You're both so aware of what is going on objectively, and never overly biased one way or the other. I strive for this in my life and it is so helpful. (i play poker and i invest in crypto.)

9956 hand from jungle seems much nicer to bet turn than bet paired river. Only real mistake i see. Bet folding river seems gross i think bet non board pairs and maybe just check in this spot. Great play all around tho. Jungle a lot better than expected.

I was a heads up online pro from 2008 to 2011 playing only regs pretty much. God damn I miss it. Watching this content I crave it. Sadly not good enough at all post solver, and in late 2011 even more and more started sitting out that were obv worse than me, so got really boring waiting for action so I quit.

Please..., some tell me what Jungle is on playing this game - need some of that for long HU-sessions against worldclass players. How is he having this much fun with him self and a computer game - some would see it as a bit disturbing, but I am in awe and envy. After 10 min I wouldn't have an ounce of suprise in my system, if the manic jungle-lion started to reciting poems or sing childrens songs - it would nothing more the stepping the madness up one small notch :-)

Cant you do a doug polk and input jungles hand history to an employee who crunches ai solutions vs said lines. Your the best plo goat but the “theory/ai seems flawed or basic unless im Mistaken which i could be. Surely there is rarely non blocker random bluffs snd lighter calls vs said ranges or in general vs population.

Folding ten4 fh to jungle seems crazy. Surely his agg frequencies are way higher than the ai gto. Looks like fold only vs super nit or nut peddler jungle is far from that. Surely seeing everyone as the gto ai perfection is completely unadaptive to Opponent. U call it theory but its like in a vacuum Theory. Obviously you have to program you opponents hud stats vpip agg freq eyc into edge or the solver or else you will be solving the wrong equation. Plus you maybe can exploit bet 3 bet blockers on rivers. Good luck going forward. When does play resume?
