I think he is definitely a villain! He reminds me of Bob the Killer Goldfish from Earthworm Jim, who sat in a fishbowl that was carried by a huge, muscular cat man.

I have to admit that when you first said the head was going to be a gold fish I thought it was really stupid. Then I started to see how the gold fish was coming and finally the finish gold fish and I was just amazed! That's gotta be the most badass looking gold fish in the world! Man that thing came out nice! Hands down to you sir. It looks amazing inside the power armor WOW just wow. I'm still amazed by that gold fish sculpture. 👍👍👍

Excellent concept. Who'd have thought that putting Nemo in a mech suit would be awesome. You even took his eye out. Blinding Nemo. (See what I did there?) Yeah, your guy is a Goldfish and not a Clownfish but you get the idea.
