INGREDIENTS
Boiled egg - 2 no
Onion - 1 no (medium size)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
Cloves & Cardamoms - 2 no
Tomato - 2no (medium size)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
PROCESS
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cardamom, clove.
2 . Add chopped onion , saute for 1 min on medium flame.
3 . Then add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste , mix it well.
4 . Add 2 no chopped tomato and cook for 3-4 min. Also add 3 tbsp of cashew paste.
5 . Now add all spices and give a stir. Cook until masala release oil.
6 . Pour some water, now add 2 no grated boiled egg and mix them.
7 . Again pour 1/2 cup water and add salt as per taste.
8 . Lastly add 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
9 . Egg Keema masala is ready to serve.
10 . Serve with roti / bread
