This chttuney is expensive. In the real stret style chutney which is cheap, cheap things are used. Mirch name is chapata, only 100 grams, boiled worh half kg tomato no matter red or green, add more water to increase the mix, give a tadka in a lot of oil and in that oil temper garlic and musterd seeds, after the tadka if consistency remains watery add cornstarch mixed in water the consistency will thicken. Salt to taste and not to forget a spoonhalf of ajinomoto. That's the cheapest recipe.
