Here in Brazil Soocer is the national sport, everyone plays it in everywhere even with things that aren't balls. Seeing that in China Table Tennis is the national sport I totally understand why they're the world number 1. 🏓👏🏾🇨🇳💥🏋🏾♂️
@@sasukebyak yeah, all you need in football is literally a ball. You can just do keepy ups or even some skill moves in just 1 square meter. But i do like table tennis cuz its so fast paced and high energy
@@mindrover777 the Old dude was definitely athletic for his age with super good hand eye coordination and reflexes, but yeah his body is failing him at times (poor balance and recoils).
Its good having sport competition in neighborhood like this. Still competitive but mostly for fun. Everyone seems enjoying it with all the cheers and laughters.
Boy I miss this game - I was taught to play table tennis by a Chinese gentleman and got to a really good level as a result. Unfortunately I can no longer play because of two arthritic hips, best game ever.
I don't know your specific situation so I don't mean to discount it if it cannot be remedied.. But I'm 26 and suffered from arthritis from age 14-24. All I could do was swim, and even then, my shoulders would hurt and pop most the time. I had had 5 knee surgeries between age 11-19. Torn labrum in shoulder and another torn meniscus in other knee that I hadn't gotten fixed. Severe back pain and 6 bulging discs. Elbow pain, hip pain, often on crutches between 20-24. I had other health issues doctors couldn't figure out as well. I finally tried experimenting with diet. I went very strict, grassfed beef and salt only. I then started adding one food at a time. started with pasture raised eggs. Then wildcaught sockey salmon. Then homemade raw grassfed milk kefir. Then water kefir and bananas. Basically, within a month of being on the beef only, all my joint pain and arthritis was gone. I was able to get back to running stairs, excessive ping pong (I've gotten very competitive with the sport), calisthenics, Swimming a few times a week, and playing beach games with friends like volleyball, frisbee, etc. Gluten, pesticides on foods, antibiotics, alcohol, coffee, grains, nuts, nightshades, raw veggies... These were all culprits for me. I still cannot tolerate most fibers. That's the beauty of adding one food at a time. I've tried adding back various fruits one at a time and within 3-5 days, I start getting some joint issues and brain fog. It's worse and quicker onset for anything else. Especially grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, alcohol, starches, nightshades, and gluten. I had no symptoms that pointed towards the gut. Never the less, the gut was the culprit the whole time. So now, my sole focus is on healing the gut lining and growing a healthy microbiome. But mannnn, the relief from the beef only while also doing so 3-4 day water fasts here and there made me feel like a little kid again before all the issues ensued.
We should deploy pingpong tables in every school, park and playingground !!! We ( Hungarians) were very good in pingpong to 1990 and this sport is extremely popular in Hungary also today.
Service Rules The service must start with the ball in an open palm. This stops you from throwing it up with spin. The ball must be thrown vertically, at least 16 cm. This stops you from serving straight out of your hand and surprising your opponent. The ball must be above and behind the table throughout the serve. This stops you getting any silly angles and gives your opponent a fair chance at returning. After throwing the ball, the server must get their free arm and hand out of the way. This is to allow the receiver to see the ball
You must not follow professional table tennis, China's men and women have dominated the last 23 years. It's a sport that you pretty much retire from in your late 20's or early 30's. Not because you can't beat every other country players in the world but because you no longer dominate the new wave of Chinese players coming up through the ranks.
This is pretty normal in China. My father aged 57 is running a non-profit pingpong club with his friends in a small town in China. They go to play it everyday after work,Me and my monther supports him very mucn!
@@gogopeng hello I m from India engineering student , my fav. Game is TT. Started playing since 5-6 months ..In my university I am 2nd .. I want to be 1st. Best at defensive and medium spin(sidespin, backspin normally). How can i improve my play?
@@sohaibalam786 And Inordinate amount of practice with someone waaay better than you. Like daily serious practice and you'll start hitting balls consistently. Also, you should figure out which aspect of your game is lacking and practice just that...like I was more aggressive and better at attack than defense, so I would practice returning aces non-stop. You should do that and get to PRACTICING DAILY WITH SOMEONE TWICE YOUR SKILL.
Wow, looks like an outdoor table that allows real play. Even with a real net! I wish we had those in my country. Here, public outdoor tables are made of concrete, with metal nets, which makes them unusable for anything but destroying your balls.
Here in indonesia, badminton courts are everywhere.. we played even when night comes.. This video make me realized we never get closed to china in table tennis
Here in an island in the philippines where i live, you can see a lot of different sports being played, soccer, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, sepak takraw, chess, abd lawn tennis, thats why i grew up playing all of this, and i can play them all
When there are a lot of such games among citizens, who just play for fun, that country will become competitive in those kinds of sports. I see people here only play ping pong in the party or at the office, that's it. lol. There is a reason why China keeps dominating table tennis.
This level of playing demands an intense theory and practice before being experienced like this, don't think they played one Week or two at school and are able to do these powerful and intensive drives and topspins.
