I was able to get all of them, including the very rare ANA Panel. Amazing job and special thanks goes to the team who worked hard to find all of these panels, including the ones that are hard to find. Without their efforts, this probably wouldn't be possible.
Without a modded 3DS and if you still have SpotPass data of the puzzle pieces corresponding to your 3DS region, which in my case is a USA Region 3DS, I think the most you can get is about 54 panels. This video shows all 63 puzzle panels, and that includes panels that are exclusive to their own region, and also limited time panels. It's so interesting to have them all show up here in one video.
I show all 63 panels on both my Katsukity New 3DS Capture Card and my Loopy 3DS Capture Card. I will upload later the Slide Show portion of it which shows all of the neat animations that each panel has.
