I always found the gameplay and controls much slicker in the second but otherwise I agree, I much preffered this one. The level design and soundtrack was much better.
@@jjthecat9692 how? It feels so slow to me and sluggish. Much less responsive combos and it's harder to cancel them mid combo. The punches in the original are snappy and responsive. Just less moves you can do
Every fucking time I get close to the second boss, he just spams attacks before I can get in. Don't understand how yours didn't start trying to tear you apart.
It's a shame that, in these games back in the day, you couldn't play all 3 or 4 characters at the same time (however many each of the 3 games had). All 3 game's continuing-game-story implied that all the characters were there, even though they weren't. Now you'd think with computer tech today, there would be a way to rom-hack the games so that you could play all the old SoR games characters with others at the same time on different computers.
It would have caused to much slow down even on 2 players it happened a little bit I thought it was only slight and gave it character! Now they could but it would be to easy and busy if you think about it
I see my issue now-I gotta start grabbing these guys more. Btw, on level 6, you don't actually have to wait for the pistons to come back up. You can just walk through them.
Remember those Twin Blaze clones on stage 5 were a bitch until i figured out the cheap rear attack method works on them, (except with Axel who sucks anyway)
On my crt screen scrolling looks choppy jumpy when i call the police special.while in sonic screen scrolling is perfect . Why is that? SOR 2 AND 3 LOOKS GREAT.
Can someone remaster this game and enhance the graphics to match SOR2? The music exceeds SOR2 levels. A graphic remastering would make this game the best
At 31:17 , there's a way in which you can make two enemies fall through the elevator if you time correctly a jump kick and summoning the cops. I do it all the time, it's hysterical.
In single player (or, if both players choose "Yes" in 2 player mode) you get sent back to Round 6. If both players chose different answers, then they fight to the death. The surviving player is asked again. Saying Yes will still take you back to Round 6. If the surviving player says No after beating up the other player, and beats Mr. X, you are rewarded with the alternate bad ending.
Gives me goosebumps this game was so hard my favourite was the lift level if you don’t throw them Off you lose to many lives Puts a limp In my throat thinking how good things where and how lucky I was for my parents to work hard and get me the games think they where 40€ quid that was probably like 150 now for one game
