Short: Playing Strega and 0-Coast via Manifold Research Centre's "Tetragrid" and using Mobenthey's "Dunst" VCAs to make interesting stereo work out of the mono Strega. Run through Mimeophon in a kind of karplus-strong mode.
A mediocre jam but shows some interesting play of Tetragrid's magnetic patching as the heart of a rich but simple patch - generating non-normal rhythms using a non-normal playing/patching interface. I like it. It's a Ciat-Lonbarde 'Rollz' inspired circuit for Eurorack.
Longer: Still playing with the 'Left' and 'Rite' VCAs on Ieaskul F Mobenthey 'Dunst'. Sound source here is Strega Tones Subharmonics on the right, and Strega Final Output (after time/filter experiment) on the left. Envelopes are from 0-Coast Contour and Slope. Contour is gated from Manifold Research Centre's Tetragrid, and it then Contour triggers Slope. The interplay of these two functions in the Dunst left and right VCA controls makes the main stereo interplay. Audio is then routed through Make Noise Mimeophon with modulation from Tetragrid and microTime modulation from 0-Coast stepped random (which is also controlling pitch of other oscillators).
