This week's class has been an effort to create! First there were technical filming issues that I kept running into, then I just lost all time to finish the voice over instructions. The final video you are seeing still isn't perfect! You will probably notice it's a little blurry which I only realised once it was uploaded to the editing program.....and I was not going to be doing any more re-shoots! I hope you still enjoy the practice despite some image flaws 🙏
I really enjoyed creating the actual yoga flow for this class, there's a lot of twists, leg strength, and balancing poses (all my favourites 😊). If you have been following my channel for a while, it's been some time since I've created a vinyasa flow!
To finish the practice, we come into Viparita Karani (Legs Up The Wall), so you might like to have 2 pillows off to the side for that 💜
