For the next few days I'm in Miami Florida with the Gymshark squad! In today's video we checked out a super cool crossfit gym called Peak360 Performance where we went through an INTENSE 15min AMRAP metcon workout. Following the workout we all went head to head in some challenges!
Later in the evening I was in charge of creating a food challenge for the guys. I came up with Hot Wings Arm Wrestling!

You can't strict curl your regular weight with bent wrists as forearm muscles add a lot but you can hit a pr if you curl your wrist in.David may had a shoulder contact in the last round with chris which is illegal but using bodyweigh by leverage or using body weight by aligning shoulder into the forearm(no contact is legal). Screw all that...I was really worried for chris when arm wrestling with david who is definitely weak but way more experienced comparatively and an injury would have been enough for chris to loose the title

Late reply but it wasn’t that Chris leaned in, he scooted his elbow which is a fowl in arm wrestling. They usually have pads on the table and the elbow can’t leave the pad
