I quite literally thought he was trying to prank me into thinking he had not benched 405 when I was already convinced he had. But it does show just how easy it is to make it look like your stronger then you are. Had will not said anything the world would of thought he could bench 405 and then imagine the speculation on his natty or not status. Plant based cookbook will be out very soon. Just spending extra time to ensure that its the best book yet.

Just gotta give you a shoutout Will. You posted your new training split a couple months ago after you got back from vacation and I started following it with a couple personal adjustments. Since I started that routine, I’ve grown tremendously. More muscle than I’ve ever had and feeling better than I ever have. Also having a ton of fun in the gym. So a lot of that is thanks to you. There's something about Will's physique or it's the lighting, but in some videos he seems like the average intermediate lifter, while in others he looks like someone from the elite category, among the single digit % in the world.

Also I wouldn’t say he ever looks like the average intermediate lifter, if you compare his physique from the past 4-6 months vs at the beginning of his channel it’s night and day. I was shocked when I first realized bc when I picture his older videos I picture him similar to how he looks now lmao

Every time I see Greg in real life situations, he seems like a very calm and reserved guy. So different than his videos. I know that’s his every day self and his videos are just a fun part of his personality but it’s interesting. Love this video!

Man, Greg is actually such a nice guy. I'm not a fan of his content purely because of his persona. All power to him, he has worked out what hits the algorithm - but I hope in the future he's a bit more real on his channel, as I become more of a fan of his every time I see him in this sort of scenario, where he isn't putting on the voice and persona he puts on for videos.

@@masonrawls6436 Yes, I have watched Coach Greg's videos from 5 and 6 years ago and he speaks very calmly and without any shouting or accent. However, once he started shouting and screaming in his natty or not videos, his views and subscriber count blowed up and so that is the success formula for Greg's YT persona and he has stuck to it since then.

I’ve been seeing a lot of the videos were Greg’s with Will. It just hit me in this video how different Greg is when he’s not yelling in his videos lol makes me realize it’s just his videos.
