I use and experiment with breath techniques a lot to manage ME/CFS and including jogging for 200m as well as more static imitation breathing during meditations or free diving. This technique you show is something I've self experimented with before to a lesser extent but am happy to see that it's a legitimate yogic technique and appreciate the confidence and additional knowledge I can now go forward with in this practice. Thank you gurugi i m a little shy talkink about this i have been practicing holding my breath for no particular reason with no guidance and after 2,30 to 3.00minutes my body was trying to fake breath like you show it came natural to me i did 30 times first time thank you gurugi
Thank you Guruji! I deal with too much heat in my body all the time. Your other technique of exhaling from the foot has really helped me with exiting heat and my gut problems. All these techniques along with Shambhavi Mahamudra from Sadhguru is immensely helpful. Thank you to all the gurus! 🙏
Guruji, i tried this pranayama, it's wonderful...i felt strong and energetic but i was having headache also so stopped doing it. What do you suggest if we are having headache? Does low oxygen to brain caused headache?
Seems like too much carbon dioxide in your blood. You will build eventually ability to have more carbon dioxide in your system. It means quite amazing options for your energy.
You need only the right amount of energy. Not less, not more. Maybe you need more capacity. Also, doing it more than 30 times, it actually important how you do it. If you are using diaphragm or not. Record yourself on video how you are doing that
@@zivotshonzou I used to do lot kumbhaka ( breath retention) forcefully but all i got was negative effects ! I still want to do kumbhaka because hindu scriptures says it has lot of benefits but i stopped doing kumbhaka bcz i was feeling pain in my kidneys thinking it would lead me to kidney failures!
Ayya, you ought to stipulate who this is not suitable for. Imagine what will happen if an unhealthy person or pregnant woman tries this. Please make sure with Babaji that he sanctions scattering of these techniques in this manner
