Hello I wish you could see my comment even tho it’s been long you posted this but I had a groin injury some years back playing basketball and since then I’ve not been the same the pain can disappear for some months and comeback I don’t know how serious it is but it’s very painful I love working out , playing basketball and football as well but this pain literally doesn’t give me the chance @exercise for help
Maybe try some gentle strengthening exercises for the adductors, but it might be worth a visit to a physio who can assess you and offer the best individual advice.
@@Girlish608 I still have the groin injury but the pain and irritation has alleviated significantly. The issue is and I'm starting to understand more is that my inner thigh muscles are weak. They need tp be strengthened.
@@Boz1919you also need to strengthen the gluteus medius and minimus. The adductor muscles are connected to it. I did this after the second strain, to provide additional support. It helps alot. Just something to consider we often overlook these muscles.
Going to give this a try but I fear I may have a grade 3. At minimum grade 2. If I have my legs open laterally, I have to pull my leg closed as the muscle is just too weak. I did this playing in goal for a tournament that I should have been an outfield player for - so frustrating
Hi Richard, could you please make a video on Office guys to reduce the blood pressure with normal steps. And also while exercising getting Continuous Yawning. Please make a video of it. Thanks
I'm not sure what this means? I have a number of workouts on this channel most of which will help manage blood pressure and they range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes in length. The yawning may be as a result of lack of oxygen and it's your bodies way of getting more in ..... or you could be just tired!
I’ve done most of these exercises pretty consistently like 3 to seven days a week for years. I wanted to learn to do the splits. I stretched for a week, going a little further each time and then the groin pull. You would think I’d have had the ability to easily not hurt myself, but I did. I am sad.
