Thanks for pushing me to choose 20# for my heavy! I actually made it through the chest presses. AND I pushed and used 15# for the bicep curls! Getting stronger every day with PJ!
Thank you for revamping this workout. I’d love for you to redo many of the older videos. Your current studio is a very calming set up and of course including the timer and alternative moves is a plus.
Thank you for revamping this great workout. I think this one is so often watched is because it works everything, legs, butt, abs, tris, biceps. I love this one and ones like it, however I also appreciate isolating muscle groups using your workout calendar e.g. back and biceps day, shoulder day, leg day, etc., with cardio in between.
Thank you for revisiting my favorite workout! It saved my back for the past year. I try your different workouts and always seem to come to this one. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I really enjoyed this work out. It was no nonsense, not that your work outs are nonsense. Your workouts are the best. If I could give you an award it would be a Oscar for best trainer.

I love strength training and I love this workout! I used 12# and 15# dumbbells, which shows progress for me. Third time’s a charm with the single leg deadlifts, because by the third round I finally found my balance! Thanks for redoing this workout. I appreciate all you do for us! ❤
I love this workout! I too was able to use my 20# for my heavy and 15# for bicep curls. I am feeling stronger as well. Thank you PJ and I love reading everybody's comments below.
Great workout! I wasn't at my best today (still sleep deprived and apparently I did something to my left knee), but I still did pretty darn good, all things considered. Hopefully next time I do this one I'll be able to lift heavier and have better balance ;) At least I'm learning to cut myself some slack and not push TOO hard and injure myself. Thanks for an awesome strength workout PJ!
Hey PJ, I have been doing your workouts now for about a year. The other day my husband saw me in a bathing suit and he told me that I looked “ripped.“ I can thank you and your workouts for his positive comments! Love you and what you do for us!
TY PJ! This was awesome ! I really appreciate the alternatives for the lunges , having toe capsulitis , I can’t do lunges but I van certainly do standing fire hydrants . Also easy on the shoulders and knees , another perk ! ❤
TY PJ! No wonder version 1 has had so many views ! I had it amongst my favourites, but this one exceeded my expectations , the selection of moves is absolutely awesome , easy on the shoulders and knees , and no planks ! Totally doable but yet not lame ! Pls more like this one ❤
Thanks PJ for another great workout. I've been following your workouts for over a year and upgraded to my new heavier dumbbells today. I can really see the progress in my strength. Thank you!
#1 That kicked my butt but I loved it! Total strength! ROAR!!! #2 Now, I am hoping that is not what that nurse was insinuating (Boy am I hoping). You are taught in school to know your resources so if you don't know something then you know where to go look it up. Second, we are required to take anatomy and physiology! That test was hard identifying all the muscles etc on the cadavers!
Amazing as always! Love that you revamped this workout. BTW, I am a nurse and I never heard of the TFL before following you...I like to think that we can all learn something new everyday...thanks for expanding my knowledge 💖
I don’t see where nurses would really deal with the TFL. However, give you the important work of helping us when we’re sick and you can teach us ALL a thing or two. ❤️🩹
I remember this.....revamp I love it really challenging have to say I done my level best to stay with my heavies but the triceps....over the head no couldn't do it 😂😆😆😂 Cheers PJ love this workout good to slow things down a bit but keep it challenging Steph 🇮🇪
You really put out great videos. Got a problem though - I'm so use to zumba with music; I was hoping you consider doing your videos with some background music. But - no matter - I do appreciate your videos!
Sorry! I don't put music on my videos. Music is such a personal thing. What I like, you may not. However, my community does blast their fave tunes at home while they workout with me.
