Ek doubt thaaa ki yahna bolte hne ki cool down nehi karna chahiye , kiynu ki muscle ko strengthening kiya fir cool down karne se relax ho jayega koi fayda nehi hoga , to fir app bata rahe ki cool down karne ke liye
