For the a bit more advanced out there I highly recommend trying holding a few light weight dumbells while doing the movement Next level!

This is kind of like the Y, T, W, L shoulder warm up with a bird movement. Do you ever incorporate thoses various patterns?

You can also bend over like in a deadlift position, then you get a additional fry of your hamstrings, glutes and erectors. :D
