Great exercises from a great instructor KETTERING have changed my life to painless sleep and wellbeing. With only weeks i lost weight and got tide body & strong muscles while I'm near to 70 of age. You are great beautiful Kettering I'm grateful to you : continue helping people with your bright ideas and instructions and helpful exercises 🙏❤️U eternal.. U change my life to better.

Oh my goodness I just discovered you and your videos are wonderful! Finally some exercises I can actually do to completion without feeling like I’m gonna die. I’m so grateful! DEAR SLOAN you're great with your instructions on the strengthening exercises and in general all your exercises are healthful. You are great. You change my life from painful and malaise to happiness & painless. Only within two weeks of your exercises : sleep nice, no morning stiffness, greatly nice and perfect blood pressure, lightly and nice walking & overall lost weight and got tide body.. Thank you.. Love you.. Continue helping people with your bright ideas. Thank you again and ❤️🙏💐

Donna I take 3 other class from you. I tried this one today and I love this one the most. Because it cover so much. It is complete. Most classes only cover some parts of the body. This was so easy to follow. Only wish it was longer. And you are in inspiration . Just by the way you look. Thank you for all your classes I take 4 love them all.
