hyperfocusing is a strength and weakness at the same time, i dont get distracted and i usually complete the task quickly which is good but sometimes i forget to eat, go to the bathroom, stuff like that :/

I have adhd and autism and I zone out a lot but can stare at people for a long time and usually flap my hands up and down while stareing , they think it’s weird. Can anyone tell me why
