I LOVE EVERYTHING about this video! Starting with the host!! Then the guest Coach Moore and the whole conversation. I like the mnemonic about breathing he shared when you asked what’s something we can all do right here and now to reduce stress and feel better and he answered: What’s the first thing you do when you are born and the last thing before dying: breathe… Such a great reminder. I’m so proud of and inspired by you, brother. 🌿🦋🌿 More blessings in’24!

Yes. I like James Clear’s advice about habit stacking, also… from Atomic Habits. That’s my number 1 takeaway from his book. Also, what has really been motivating me are a couple of quotes from Tim Grover’s book Winning, one where he says that the people who achieve their goals are making all the right decisions… they do the things they know they have to do, even when they don’t feel like it! And then when he talks about how many athletes he’s seen that just don’t get to that next level because they weren’t able to make that mental jump from wanting to win, to making it happen. Oooohhh… and then when he talks about Kobe and MJ AND what they did do… yeah… THAT’S motivating and getting me off my couch and no excuses. This is the last year I will be over 200 pounds. Period. Great interview!🌿🦋🌿🦋

It is always good to listen to our bodies. However the more information in forms like this, the better we are armed and easier it is for us to decipher what is going on and WHEN. The note he had on constipation was know for me but when i asked a few people who had not gone off in a while (about 3 days, yeah 3 days) they thought it was just normal. It changes for each person. However if you do have regular movements every day then all of a sudden it goes to 3-4 days regularly...it is cause for concern. Many people thought it is normal.
