Stephanie thank you for this wonderful honest sharing video. You will have lightened the hearts of many with your words. We all should give ourselves permission to relax and enjoy our fiber hobbies, but we most often don’t. We let those shaming voices in our heads keep us from what we love because of the SHOULDS. Thank you so very much!
Thank you for your testimony of depression and anxiety. Crafting is the best therapy I found along with my talk therapy and medicine regiment. I also have an amazing supportive family and friends. I love your voice is so calming and easy to listen to. I am a perfectionist and have a hard time leaving in those Imperfections in my crocheting. I need to learn to let it go. I joined your new group on FB.
Stephanie, The drums on your carder are set too close together and are dragging too much and making it harder for you to turn the drum carder. When you set them, you should be able to pass a sheet of paper between them without really damaging the paper. Hope this helps to make your drum carding more of a pleasure. Cheers, Jenny
