Hi, I would love to share knowledge of hypnosis and self hypnosis with your freediving community. As a freediver myself and a expert hypnotherapist I could share some valuable tools that are practical and fast. Let me know if your interested 🙏

Hey, yes, I'm very interested in hypnosis. And use various visualization techniques in conjunction with altered states. Send me an email and maybe we can arrange something.

Sometimes stress also comes from being in a new environment - i.e. new dive site or different conditions such as larger than usual swell on the surface or lower than average visibility underwater. Sometimes when we go to a new site, we just spend time floating on the surface getting used to it, preparing our minds to dive in the conditions we've encountered. You can be great in one set of conditions and hopeless in another set of conditions. I'm sure you cover that in your classes.

Yes, you are totally right, in fact, even the smallest change can have a huge effect on us. This is why there is actually no small change, familiarity is the key to relaxation.

Really enjoy your videos, and I think this is the best one yet. Once fear is mastered, the possibilities in any area of life are limitless, freediving included. Gonna pick up a 'no fins no worries tee'!

My best is 6 minutes 30 sec... But that was 3 years ago... (i dont train for this... More like twice in a year... Everytime i do breathhold.. there will be some improvement). It was 3:30 when i was 14, 6 minutes 4 years ago.... and the last time i got 6:30) Now i started again.. Few days ago.. And i cannot even come close to my PB. any suggestions on how to get back into my peak form?? Also... How to acheive consistency?
