Hey RU-vid. This video shows how to make an Exercise / Stress Relief Ball. I am a dentist and am constantly using repetitive hand motions at work. I was looking for a hand exercise ball, and I thought "hey I could make that". So here we are. For basically $2-$3 you can make around 5 of these exercise balls. I'm going to keep one at work, home, and in my car.

put the sand into a narrow-neck glass bottle. Blow the baloons and close the airway between your fingers, place the neck of the baloon around the bottle. Turn it upside down and hold the ballon in your hand. Pressure will keeep the baloons spread, gravity will make the sand travel inside the baloon... done. ;-)

Parks and playgrounds have sand, also rivers and some lakes. But getting sand in a jar like that isn't going to have rocks and possibly broken glass in it.

Well I live around 2 hours from the nearest beach, so unfortunately getting sand from a jar is much easier.

PS: when my little girl makes them, she starts with a single balloon and fills it with flour then stretches the 2nd balloon over that (usually cutting off the very top of the 2nd first and then a little glue under the rim of where it meets up when fully stretched on the 1st balloon. To seal it.).

The second is stretched over the first on the tied side of the first to cover the knot so it's a smooth ball.

Do you know how I can fix my headphones? Everytime I wanna hear music, it's coming just from one side, but not from the other. I always have to push that little plug thingy in the phone, so that it comes from both sides.

Check out my 1st headphone video to start (How to fix or repair headphones). There is probably a short in the wire. You can look for a short by: Bend the wire starting from the plug working your way up to each earphone. Do this while listening to music with the headphones. If the sound goes in and out when you bend the wire at a certain area, the short most likely is occurring there.

Do they actually sell sand in a container like that? That is genius. They are taking something that is free and making a killing off of it. I really want to laugh at you for buying it but this is pretty cool so I wont. PLEASE don't tell me you live in a coastal city.
